Gift cards (GC) are non-cash refundable and cannot be replaced if lost. GC can be exchanged for a different gift card with an alternate name. GC must be presented at the time of service.

JEWELRY, PHONE & PERSONAL BELONGINGS
Please have all your jewelry and personal belongings in your possession and protection at all times. Our Salon is not responsible for any losses or damages to any personal items.
DISPUTE OF SERVICES
In the event our services were not performed correctly, our salon requires our customers to retain the receipt of service. This will help our management to identify the materials and colors used as well as the technician that had performed the services. We will try as quickly as possible to resolve any issues. Please note all services are non refundable. Regular nail polish can be repaired at no cost within 3 days / 3 days for full set/ 7 days for gel polish, if the fault is due to our salon’s quality of work.
(For shellac, color powder, acrylic and dipping powder). Customers will be asked by our technician before any color polishing is to be performed. If after the third nail is completely color polished, no changing of color is allowed. If changing is requested then, the customer will have to incur the cost of changing the color at an additional $15.
